Andrew is an equity partner and heads Kinney Green’s Property & Asset Management team, overseeing a wide range of commercial buildings across the City and West End, as well as portfolios and estates throughout the UK. He brings extensive experience in managing complex, multi-let assets for institutional and private clients, combining strong technical knowledge with a practical, results-driven approach.
He leads a close-knit team focused on delivering consistent, high-quality management and clear communication. Andrew is committed to improving how property management is delivered, introducing automation, financial dashboards, and streamlined reporting to enhance efficiency and transparency for clients.
Outside work, Andrew is a lifelong rugby player, a keen music fan, and a proud dad who tries to balance each with varying success…
Steven Dark
Simon Isaacs
Simon has over 22 years’ experience dealing with all types of commercial and residential property, representing a wide range of landlord and occupier clients including institutional investors, family trusts, high net-worth investors and national and international retailers.
Simon’s experience has predominantly focused on central and Great London and the south-east but has advised and continues to advise clients on their properties across the United Kingdom.
Operating as a self-styled general practice surveyor offering a wide range of services, his experience includes advising clients on lease advisory matters, compulsory purchase compensation, business rates mitigation, dilapidations, and valuation as well as undertaking Expert Witness appointments.
Outside of the office, Simon is a dedicated family man with a wife, 3 children a dog and a cat to keep him busy. He is also a long suffering Spurs fan, an avid watcher of most sports, a keen hacker around a golf course and occasional gym visitor!

Charles Fogg
Charles, a Graduate Property Management Surveyor, proudly graduated from the Royal Agricultural University in 2022. Since then, Charles has been immersed in the field of property management, fuelled by a strong ambition to achieve RICS accreditation and forge ahead in the realm of commercial property. His journey has equipped him with a strong understanding of the industry, engaging directly with tenants and clients across various property management facets.
Charles is heavily involved in handling a diverse number of responsibilities, including creating service charge budgets, managing tenancy schedules, retaining management instructions, and overseeing critical areas such as marketing, finances, lease negotiation, maintenance, and rent collection.
Looking ahead, Charles is eager to expand his knowledge and specialize in advising clients on portfolio strategies. In time he would like to be providing valuable insights that empower individuals to achieve robust capital returns on their investments.
Emma Burgess
Emma is a qualified surveyor with over 30 years of experience in the property sector, specialising in agency, business rates, and asset management. Throughout her career in the City of London, she has developed a deep understanding of the commercial real estate market.
Her extensive knowledge and long-standing industry experience enable her to provide clear, strategic advice to clients, helping them navigate complex property challenges and make informed decisions about their assets. Emma is recognised for her professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes in every aspect of her work.
Outside of her professional life, Emma has a passion for classic cars and enjoys spending time restoring and attending car events. She is also a keen rugby supporter. A long-standing member of the Scouting community, Emma values teamwork, leadership, and adventure — qualities that extend into her love of the outdoors.
Kim White
Kim is a specialist in advising occupiers in the City of London office market since 1987. He is renowned for maximising opportunity and minimising costs in providing strategic advice to occupiers, particular in the IT, Banking, Insurance and Legal Sectors for both UK and overseas clients. Kim also advises both corporate and private landlords on leasing and sales. Kim is a graduate of Reading University and former army officer in the Royal Engineers.

Stephen Griffiths
Stephen, specialising in Asset Management started his career in 1982. He has extensive experience in dealing with all types of property, assisting clients through acquisition, new lease negotiations, service charge issues and the day to day running of landmark buildings. In his Asset Management role he has a depth of experience in obtaining the best rental and capital returns and advises on portfolio strategy and opportunities for asset enhancement. He also advises a number of corporate occupiers on estates and property issues.
