Damages for Dilapidations
As part of the 35th annual series of the prestigious Blundell Lectures, which covers topical issues in property, Nick Eden recently delivered a lecture entitled Damages for Dilapidations, jointly with Kirk Reynolds QC of Falcon Chambers. The lecture was attended by over 200 barristers and solicitors and some surveyors in Lincolns Inn Fields. Nicks lecture focused on section 18 diminution in value to reversionary interests.
