Simon has over 15 years experience dealing with all types of commercial and residential property, representing a wide range of landlord and occupier clients including institutional investors, family trusts, national and international retailers. Simon’s experience has predominantly focused on central and Greater London and the south-east but has advised clients with property across the United Kingdom.
His experience includes advising clients on lease advisory matters, compulsory purchase compensation, business rates mitigation and valuation.
