Health and Safety Partnership

At Kinney Green Management we take the health and safety of our clients buildings very seriously. An increased focus on H & S can help ensure that tenants’ staff, guests and callers are in a safe working environment.

Our partnership with Alcumus Safety Management and Monitoring Services is born out of a desire to ensure the safety of all who occupy and visit our buildings and our relationship allows competitive rates on all surveys as well as reliable advice on all our properties at no extra cost.

Alcumus also vet any contractors which Kinney Green employs through ‘Contractor Plus’ which annually checks that contractors’ health and safety and insurance documents are up to date as well as monitoring their performance and ensuring only our approved pool of contractors are employed.

We have worked with Neil and his team for over 10 years and have always appreciated their advice and expertise. They know the local market inside and out and have always provided grounded and hands-on support.
