Kinney Green’s Investment and Development Departments specialise – primarily in the London commercial and mixed use markets.

Our extensive market connections, both with owners and agents alike, helps provide our clients with a bespoke service to source and secure specifically requested opportunities which is both discreet and professional, and enables us to identify and analyse the future potential of any individual investment, site or property. We aim to assess properties for their potential to out-perform market trends, and we advise on the purchase of specific properties and assist in implementing identified active asset management objectives, in order to create value and to deliver enhanced returns and profit.

With the benefit of two Central London offices providing agency, professional and management expertise, we are able to give concise and informed market-based advice on both investment and development opportunities.

The department can also provide hands-on development advice, working with and co-ordinating third party advisers and the professional team on all aspects of the development process from planning through to completion. We can prepare tailor-made appraisals to analyse opportunities in line with clients’ specific criteria including projections on running yield, return on equity, or overall IRR performance.
