Kinney Green Relocate EDF Trading

EDF Trading advised by Kinney Green have taken approximately 50,000 sq ft in Land Securities new development Cardinal Place, 80 Victoria Street, London, SW1.

EDF Trading, one of Europe’s leading energy trading companies have taken the entire third floor on a 15 year lease, subject to upward only rent reviews every fifth year.

Mike Hussey, Land Securities’ Managing Director, London Portfolio commented: “We are delighted to sign up a leading European company at Cardinal Place. As a result of this relocation, Kinney Green have been instructed to dispose of EDF’s existing premises on the fifth floor at MidCity Place, 71 high Holborn, WC1 providing approximately 28,000 sq ft.
