BP Alternative Energy has agreed to take around 30,000 sq ft at County Hall on the South Bank of the Thames, which is owned by Pop Idol Judge Pete Waterman’s Cadogan Entertainment.

Advertiising agency Ogilvy & Mather is still in talks to take around 140,000 sq ft.
