Ned Railways has taken a new effective full repairing and insuring lease on the fifth floor of 94-96 Wigmore Street, W1 from Morley Fund Management.

The fifth floor provides 782 sq ft and was taken on a new effective full repairing and insuring lease for a term of five years, subject to an Option to Determine at the expiry of the third year. Ned Railways paid £29,716 per annum exclusive, £38.00 per sq ft.
