In conjunction with the client, a detailed specification was agreed to ensure that the completed scheme would fully reflect tenants' requirements and that the property was quickly let at the highest rent for a property of this nature in this location.

A marketing strategy was agreed and implemented and the building was successfully let to tenants specifically targeted as part of this campaign.

Kinney Green has retained an ongoing management role in respect of this property.
